The conviction that experiences are the most meaningful gift
In 2010, Pooja built Delightgifts.in, an online experiential gifting and rewards portal. At a time when gifting meant a box of sweets or a store voucher, she saw something different: that the most memorable gifts are moments, not objects.
Working with hundreds of partners, she curated dining, spa and adventure experiences for consumers and corporations alike, building the infrastructure for a market that barely existed. Featured in YourStory, it was entrepreneurship born entirely from a belief about how gifts should feel.

Designed and launched Indulge reinventing how companies reward
In 2017 at BI Worldwide, Pooja designed and launched Indulge, a premium experiential rewards catalogue spanning fine dining, hotel getaways, adventure and lifestyle experiences. Still offered by BI Worldwide today, it remains the benchmark for experiential employee rewards in Australia.
She also created Club Indulge, a corporate on-campus team engagement program, and Idea Bar - an innovation-led client event format. These weren't products. They were programmes built on a deep understanding of what makes people feel genuinely valued.

Not a pivot. Not a new direction. The natural next expression of a conviction that has been building since 2010 — that the best things happen when people are brought together through experiences with care and intention.
