Enrich for Corporate · Employee Recognition

Recognition your people actually feel

Give the women in your organisation curated wellbeing, cultural and giving experiences all year round. A thank you that lasts longer than a bonus and means more than a plaque.

Psychosocial hazard No. 6

Inadequate reward and recognition

When effort goes unnoticed, people disengage. It is now one of the 14 psychosocial hazards Australian employers are expected to identify and manage.

Why it matters now

Recognition is no longer a nice-to-have

Since 1 July 2026, NSW codes of practice are enforceable. Businesses must follow the psychosocial hazards code, or show they manage the risk to an equal or higher standard. Boards are being asked for evidence of what has actually changed.

Reward and recognition is one of the hazards that is easiest to act on, and one of the most overlooked.

How it works

Simple for HR. Special for your people.

01

We curate

We design a recognition package around your budget, location and priorities.

02

We set you up

Your organisation gets its own membership level on the Enrich portal, with logins for your people.

03

We handle it

Bookings and email communication are managed by Enrich, so there is nothing extra for your team to run.

04

They enjoy it

Your people choose the experiences that suit them, and feel recognised every time they go.

Option A: We sign them up

Share names and emails. We enrol each person on a 30-day free trial, followed by a 3-month membership paid by your organisation.

Option B: Share a code

HR shares the Enrich website with women employees, along with a discount code created for your organisation.

Annual Recognition Program

Built around your recognition budget

A common benchmark for employee recognition is around 1% of payroll, or at least $100 per employee per year. We start with your budget and design an annual program that gives your people access to Enrich experiences all year round.
