Why Enrich
is different
Pooja Lal
Somewhere between the boardrooms and the KPIs, she kept noticing the same thing: the most capable women in the room were also, quietly, the most under-connected . Successful on paper. Isolated in practice. Rich in achievement, thin on the kind of belonging that doesn't come with a job title attached.
It's a gap Pooja knew personally, not just professionally. Raising two daughters in Sydney while building a career across three continents, she felt the particular loneliness of being surrounded by colleagues, by school-gate small talk, by LinkedIn connections and still craving something more real. Long before Enrich existed, she was already building it: organising women's walking groups, leading cultural gatherings & school mum's clubs, saying yes to fundraisers, because connection was never optional for her. It was oxygen.
Enrich is Pooja's answer. Not just a networking event. Not another thing to attend. A curated space for women who lead, create, and connect and built by someone who has spent her career in rooms that demanded performance, and now wants to build one that simply asks women to show up as themselves, and enrich their lives.
