Enrich for Corporate

Wellbeing, connection and recognition, built in from day one

Enrich for Corporate brings the Enrich experience, built on the same wellbeing framework Gallup uses in its global research, to your whole team. It is the engagement investment your people will actually look forward to. We can customise the program for your women employees, specific teams or groups or individuals.

A bundled program built from Enrich’s existing Thrive, Immerse and Give experiences.

Why it matters now

Your people are already telling you what they
need

20%

of employees worldwide feel genuinely engaged at work. Organisations that close that gap, even a little, stand out immediately to the people who work for them.

$28,356

the average yearly gender pay gap in Australia. It is narrowing, and the organisations leading that change are the ones pairing real action with real investment in their female employees.

The framework behind the program

Built on Gallup's Five Elements of Wellbeing

Gallup's global research, spanning more than 98% of the world's population, found five elements that need to be thriving for a person to be thriving overall: career, social, financial, physical and community wellbeing. Career wellbeing is the foundation. Without it, Gallup finds, the other four struggle to hold. Enrich is built directly on this model.

Career

You like what you do every day.

Social

You have meaningful friendships in your life.

Financial

You manage your money well.

Physical

You have energy to get things done.

Community

You give back to your community and the people around you.

Thrive, Immerse and Give map directly onto the social, physical and community elements Gallup identifies, the three elements most within an employer’s reach to influence outside of pay and title.

Optional extra

Prosper

Enrich's fourth pillar addresses career wellbeing directly: confidence, financial literacy, and career and board readiness. It sits outside the standard Enrich for Corporate bundle, and is available as an add-on for organisations who want to cover all five Gallup elements in full.

The offer

One membership, three ways to invest in your people

Enrich already runs a curated program for professional women in Sydney, built around the same wellbeing pillars used in Gallup's global research: social, physical, career and community wellbeing. We call them Thrive, Immerse and Give. Enrich for Corporate takes that program, normally offered individually through Enrich for Me, and brings it to your organisation in bulk. Instead of building a wellbeing calendar from scratch, you give your people direct access to one that already works.

Thrive

Wellbeing sessions, group walks and honest conversations on the topics most workplaces still avoid, including menopause.

Immerse

Cultural and social experiences that build real, human connection away from the pace of the working day.

Give

Community and volunteering experiences that connect your people to causes, and to each other.

This is not another platform people forget to log into. It is a calendar of real experiences your people genuinely want to show up for.

The science behind it

Why experiences change behaviour

People rarely remember what they were told. They remember how they felt. A genuinely positive, shared experience creates a stronger memory and far deeper loyalty than any policy document, town hall or wellness email ever will.

It sticks

Experiences tied to real emotion are stored more deeply in memory. When your people feel cared for, that feeling becomes attached to your organisation, not just to the moment itself.

It builds trust

When colleagues share a genuine experience together, the trust built in that room carries back into how they feel about their team and about coming to work.

It creates belonging

Regular, meaningful experiences tell your people who they are to you: valued, invested in, part of something bigger than a to-do list. That is what keeps people engaged long after the calendar invite closes.
Where it fits

This belongs in your strategy, not just your social calendar

Psychosocial wellness

Boards and regulators increasingly expect employers to actively manage psychosocial risk, not just physical safety. A consistent, safe space for wellbeing and connection is a genuine, visible answer.

Recognition that lands

Recognition works best as a felt experience, not an annual gesture. Enrich builds that in every month, not just once a year.

Diversity and inclusion you can point to

Enrich for Corporate is a visible, ongoing investment in your female workforce, not a line in your annual report.

Gender equality in action

With gender pay gap reporting firmly on the corporate agenda, this gives your organisation something real to stand behind: a benefit women can use every single month.

Human to human, always

No app to open, no algorithm, no leaderboard. Just real experiences, run by real people, for real connection.
