1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing an Enrich membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Enrich is operated by Gyaan Pty Ltd ABN 83 106 918 129. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and any Event Terms & Conditions specific to individual experiences.

2. What Membership Includes

Enrich membership provides access to curated experiences and community programming across four pillars:

  • Prosper — Financial Wellness and Career & Business lunch series
  • Thrive — Thrive Together monthly walk, yoga, and breakfast series
  • Give — In Her Words monthly dinners at social enterprise restaurants
  • Immerse — curated cultural experiences including theatre and galleries

Some experiences are included as part of membership; others (such as Immerse events, Prosper events and In Her Words dinners) are offered at additional ticket or dinner cost, as specified for each event.

3. Membership Fee & Billing

Membership is billed at $45/month via Stripe, charged on a recurring monthly basis from your sign-up date.

  • Fees are charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • Enrich may change the membership fee with at least 30 days’ notice; continued membership after that date constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
  • Failed payments may result in a pause of membership benefits until payment is resolved.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account or by contacting Enrich directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you’ll retain access until then, with no partial-month refund for the remaining period.

5. Event Participation

Access to specific events may be limited by capacity and is offered on a first-come, first-served or curated invitation basis. Participation in individual events is also governed by the Event Terms & Conditions provided at the time of booking.

6. Community Conduct

Enrich is a community built on trust, respect, and confidentiality. Members agree to:

  • Treat other members, speakers, and venue staff with respect
  • Respect the confidentiality of discussions shared within the community, particularly at Prosper and In Her Words events
  • Refrain from using membership or events for unsolicited commercial solicitation of other members

Enrich reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund, for conduct that breaches this standard or otherwise harms the community.

7. Photography & Media

Enrich may photograph or film members at events for use on the Enrich website (including the Recent Moments page), social media, and marketing materials. Members who do not wish to be photographed should advise Enrich staff at the relevant event.

8. Personal Information

Enrich collects and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information collected at sign-up (name, email, phone, suburb, pillar interest) and information about your event attendance.

9. Intellectual Property

The Enrich name, branding, and pillar names (Prosper, Thrive Together, In Her Words, Immerse) are the property of Enrich. Content, materials, and programming provided as part of membership are for personal use by members and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enrich is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from membership or event participation. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to These Terms

Enrich may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to members via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
