Seminar: Financial Confidence
An intimate conversation on shifting from scarcity thinking to a mindset built for long-term wealth – focused on practical financial capability rather than technical financial literacy.
Running a small business can be brilliant and lonely in equal measure — there’s often no one to bounce ideas off, celebrate a win with, or turn to when things get hard. The Founders’ Circle exists to fix that. Held on a Friday each month at The Grounds City, this is a lunch built specifically for women in small business, where the conversation is as nourishing as the food.
Each woman at the table gets a short, three-minute turn to speak — not a polished pitch, but an honest share: what she’s building, what’s working, what she’s stuck on, and what kind of support she’s looking for right now. That might be a warm introduction, advice from someone who’s solved the same problem, a referral, a resource, or simply the reassurance that comes from being heard by people who understand what it takes to run something of your own.
The group listens, asks questions, and offers what they can — leads, learnings, encouragement, a challenge when it’s needed. Over time, this isn’t just a lunch; it becomes a personal board of directors for every woman in the room: a small, trusted group who know your business, root for you, and hold you to your own ambitions. Tables reshuffle monthly, so the connections and perspective keep expanding month on month.
You don’t need a polished deck or a big business to belong here — just something you’re building and a willingness to show up for other women doing the same.
