Pooja Lal
After two decades in corporate leadership across three continents, Pooja noticed the most accomplished women were often the ones who’d stopped making time for themselves — pouring into everyone and everything else, with little left over for their own joy or connection. Enrich is her answer: a curated space for women who lead, create, and connect, built on the belief that connection isn’t optional — it’s oxygen. Bringing people together has always been her instinct — from walking groups to cultural gatherings — and this picnic is simply that instinct in action.
