Most senior professionals are taught that capability is the whole test. Prove you can deliver and the rest follows. What rarely gets named is the quieter cost: the same judgement that feels sharp at 9am is often much harder to reach by the middle of the afternoon, not because ability has dropped, but because the accumulation of small decisions crowds out clarity over the course of a working day.

In this Prosper session, I’ll draw on twenty years in technology, cybersecurity and programme leadership to name this pattern precisely, and offer a different way of operating under pressure. It’s built as an intimate boardroom conversation rather than a lecture, with real discussion and a practical tool to leave with.

Aarti Kararwal spent twenty two years in technology, cybersecurity and programme delivery, including senior roles across global teams and high-pressure environments. She moved to Australia ten years ago and rebuilt her career from the ground up, an experience that now sits at the centre of her coaching practice, Elevate with Aarti. She works with senior women in technology and business, helping them replace constant firefighting with clearer judgement, so their careers can grow without costing them everything else. She is the author of ELEVATE: Lead Beyond the Script, due for release late 2026 / early 2027.
