1. About this policy

Enrich is a curated experiences and membership community for women, operated by Gyaan Pty Ltd ABN  83 106 918 129 trading as Enrich (“Enrich”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what personal information we collect from members, event guests, partners and website visitors, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

By becoming a member, registering for an Enrich event, or otherwise providing your details to us, you agree to the collection and use of your information as set out below.

2. What we collect

We collect information that is reasonably necessary to run Enrich’s membership and events program. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Identity and contact details — name, email address, phone number, suburb
  • Membership details — membership status and tier, pillar interests (Prosper, Thrive, Give, Immerse), event bookings and attendance history
  • Payment identifiers — your Stripe customer reference and transaction history. Enrich does not collect or store your card number, expiry date or CVV; these are captured directly by Stripe
  • Communications — messages you send us via email, our website enquiry form, or event RSVPs
  • Professional context you choose to share — such as industry or role, where relevant to a Prosper or partner event
  • Photographs or video taken at Enrich events, where you have not opted out

We don’t knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health, racial or ethnic background) unless you volunteer it — for example, an access requirement for an event — and we only use it for that purpose.

3. How we collect it

Most information is provided directly by you — when you sign up for membership, register for an event on our website, complete a payment through Stripe, email us, or speak with us in person at an Enrich gathering. We may also collect information automatically through our website (see Section 9), and occasionally from a partner organisation co-hosting an event with us, where you’ve registered through them.

4. Why we collect and use it

We use your information to:

  • Set up and manage your membership, including billing via Stripe
  • Process event registrations, manage capacity, and send confirmations and reminders
  • Communicate with you — welcome emails, program updates, event invitations and member newsletters
  • Personalise your experience, such as surfacing events aligned to your pillar interests
  • Maintain accurate records in our membership system (Zoho CRM)
  • Understand how our community is engaging with Enrich, so we can improve our program
  • Meet our legal, accounting and safety obligations, including at partner venues

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to running and improving Enrich.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only where it’s needed to deliver Enrich’s program, with the following categories of third party:

Who

What they receive it for

Zoho CRM

Stores your member and event record so we can manage your membership and communications.

Stripe

Processes membership and event payments securely; Enrich never sees or stores full card details.

Venue and event partners

Where an event is hosted at a third-party venue (theatre, gallery, restaurant) or co-hosted with a partner (e.g. FinnCiti, Two Good Co., Brand Kind), we share the minimum information needed — typically your name and headcount — to honour your booking.

Email and communications tools

Used to send welcome emails, event confirmations and member newsletters.

Professional advisers

Our accountant, bookkeeper or legal adviser, where necessary, and always under confidentiality.

We only disclose personal information to these parties for the purpose it was collected, and we don’t permit them to use it for their own marketing without your separate consent. We may also disclose information where required by law.

6. Storage and security

Your information is stored in Zoho CRM and Stripe, both of which use encryption and access controls to protect data. Within Enrich, access to member records is limited to the people who need it to run the program. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you’re an active member or engaging with Enrich events, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations. If you cancel your membership or ask us to delete your details, we’ll do so within a reasonable timeframe, except where we’re required to retain records by law (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

8. Access, correction and opting out

You can ask us at any time to:

  • See what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct or update any information that’s inaccurate or out of date
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
  • Close your account and, where legally possible, have your information deleted

To make any of these requests, email hello@enrichwomen.com.au. We’ll respond within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days.

9. Cookies and website data

Our website, [enrichwomen.com.au], may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and process payments securely through Stripe. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as event booking, may not work properly if you do.

10. If something goes wrong

If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to you, we will take steps to contain it, assess the risk, and notify affected members and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where required to do so.

11. Children’s privacy

Enrich is a community for adult women and is not directed at, or intended for, children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

12. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers, including Zoho and Stripe, may store or process information on servers located outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be handled in line with this policy.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as Enrich grows or as our legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. We encourage you to check back periodically.
