Mecca’s newest space is hidden beneath Darlinghurst’s Oxford Street — a cave-like room inspired by Coober Pedy’s underground dugouts, with coffee roasted at Mecca’s own Alexandria roastery. After our conversation over coffee, we’ll wander toward Paddington Markets (fashion, design and jewellery, running every Saturday) and the Oxford Street vintage strip, including C’s Flashback for denim, leather and Americana.
