Seminar: Financial Confidence
An intimate conversation on shifting from scarcity thinking to a mindset built for long-term wealth – focused on practical financial capability rather than technical financial literacy.
We have access to more financial information than ever before. We can seek professional advice, read books, listen to podcasts and use countless tools to help us manage our money. Yet information alone doesn’t always lead to action or the outcomes we want.
Financial advice, education and money tools are incredibly valuable, but they often assume we’ll all respond in the same way. The reality is that no two people have the same relationship with money. Our experiences, beliefs and behavioural patterns shape how we engage with money, what motivates us to act and what gets in our way.
Understanding yourself doesn’t replace financial knowledge. It helps you apply it intentionally.
In this interactive session, we’ll explore how our brains, experiences and money histories influence our relationship with money. Together, we’ll examine some of the beliefs and patterns that may be shaping your financial behaviours, often without you realising it.
You’ll leave with:
· Greater awareness of the patterns influencing your relationship with money
· A practical framework for reflecting on your financial behaviours and decisions
· One small, meaningful step to help you engage with money more intentionally
· A new lens to help you get even more from the conversations throughout the Financial Wellness Series
The sessions that follow will build your financial knowledge. This first session will help you understand yourself, so you can make the most of everything that follows.
Because financial confidence doesn’t begin when you know everything. It begins when you understand yourself well enough to apply financial knowledge in a way that’s right for you.
Judith Atkins is a Certified Money Coach (CMC®) who helps women build financial confidence by understanding the relationship they have with money.
Drawing on an evidence-based coaching methodology that integrates insights from neuroscience, neuroeconomics, behavioural finance, and behavioural and cognitive psychology, Judith helps clients examine the beliefs and patterns that influence how they think, feel and behave around money.
Rather than focusing solely on what people should do, Judith helps them better understand themselves so they can apply sound financial knowledge in ways that align with their values, priorities and circumstances.
Her warm, practical coaching style creates a safe, non-judgemental space where clients develop greater self-awareness, reduce financial anxiety and build confidence in their ability to navigate money throughout every stage of life.
