1. Booking & Payment

Bookings for Enrich events are confirmed once payment (where applicable) is received or, for membership-included events, once your RSVP is confirmed.

  • All sessions are included as part of membership; no additional payment is required, unless otherwise stated.
  • Give dinners are buy-your-own-dinner format; members pay the restaurant directly on the night.
  • Immerse experiences, and any ticketed events are charged at the price stated at time of booking.

2. Cancellations by You

If you are no longer able to attend an event you’ve booked:

  • You can cancel any free events by sending us an email so we can manage the numbers. Please email us 1 week prior to the event date.
  • For ticketed events, if you cancel within the cancellation period set by the specific event or venue (for example, a theatre, gallery, or restaurant’s own ticketing deadline), then we can try and secure a refund for you. This period varies by event.
  • If you cancel outside that period, or do not cancel at all, you are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  • If you are unable to cancel within the period, you must transfer your place to another woman rather than forfeit it. You are responsible for finding a replacement guest.
  • To transfer your place, you must provide Enrich with the replacement guest’s full name, email, and phone number ahead of the event, so we can update our records and keep the venue informed of who is attending.
  • Places cannot be transferred without these details being provided to Enrich in advance.

3. Changes by Enrich

Enrich reserves the right to change the date, time, venue, or speaker for an event where necessary, and will notify registered attendees as soon as possible. If Enrich cancels an event outright, members will receive a full refund or credit, at the member’s choice.

4. Capacity & Selection

Some events (capped at 10–15 members) have limited capacity and may be offered on a first-come, first-served or curated basis to ensure a good mix of attendees. Booking a place does not guarantee attendance at future instances of the same event series.

5. Third-Party Venues

Many Enrich events are held at third-party venues, including restaurants, studios, and cultural institutions. Enrich is not responsible for the goods, services, food safety, or conduct of these third-party venues, though we take care to select trusted partners. Any issues arising directly from a venue (e.g. food quality, service) should be raised with the venue directly, and Enrich is happy to assist in facilitating that conversation.

6. Physical Activity & Assumption of Risk

Some Enrich events involve physical activity, including walking and yoga. By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You are voluntarily participating and are responsible for assessing your own fitness to do so
  • You should consult a medical professional before participating if you have any health condition that may be affected by physical activity
  • Enrich, its instructors, and venue partners are not liable for injury arising from participation, except to the extent caused by our negligence

Members with specific health or mobility considerations are encouraged to contact Enrich ahead of the session so appropriate accommodations can be discussed.

7. Financial Wellness & Career Guidance Content (Prosper)

Prosper sessions, including the Financial Wellness & Career Series, are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing shared at a Prosper event constitutes personal financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.

  • Enrich is not a licensed financial services provider. Speakers at Prosper events share their own professional experience and general insights in an individual capacity; their views are their own and do not represent financial advice from Enrich.
  • Before acting on anything discussed at a Prosper event, you should seek independent advice from a licensed financial adviser who can take your personal circumstances into account.
  • Enrich and its speakers accept no liability for any loss or decision arising from reliance on information shared at a Prosper event.

8. Photography & Media

Enrich may photograph or film attendees at events for use on the Enrich website and social media. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed should advise Enrich staff on arrival.

9. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to treat other members, speakers, hosts, and venue staff with respect. Enrich reserves the right to remove an attendee from an event, without refund, for conduct that breaches this standard.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enrich’s liability for any claim arising from an event is limited to the amount paid for that event. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
